We manufacture a housing for the syringe filter and then integrate it with a piece of membrane. The seal, print, and packaging are all created by following a strict procedure.
Syringe filters also undergo a strict inspection. Our technicians will thoroughly test the bubble point, flow rate, burst pressure, and thickness. You can be assured that the chemical compatibility chart and membrane detection data will be given.
